The SF 902 and SF 903 stickers as designed by NARA have the text,  "U.S. Government Property" as the stickers are referring to the Controlled Unclassified Information (data) that is on the device and not the actual device itself.  However, some companies still  prefer to use generic CUI 905/906  labels on their company-owned devices that contain Controlled Unclassified Informaton.  They will both work (SF 902/903 and Generic 905/906), but the government designed SF 902/903 are the preferred method for labeling by the government. 

We do offer custom stickers with your company name(minimum quantity 100 rolls).

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and P-Cards, Government/Military cards, Afterpay, and PayPal.

No, we  do not accept purchase orders from government entities, agencies, nor the private sector.  We follow the e-commerce model where all sales go directly through our website (click, buy, ship).  This allows us to provide optimal customer service, while maintaining efficiency and keeping costs down.   Please email any questions or any inquiries to:  customerservice@cuisupply.com

and hundreds more local, state, and federal agencies.  We even deliver free of charge to FPO addresses.  

No, we do not charge a sales tax. 

You will receive an email from CUI Supply notifying you that your order has shipped.  This email also contains the carrier and tracking information. 

Ship time can be anywhere between two days to a week from the order submission date (depending on our current order volume) unless Priority shipping is chosen. If we face any unexpected delays, we will absolutely let you know!

The best way to update, change, or cancel your order is to send us an email at  customerservice@cuisupply.com and include order details. There is no self-service way to cancel an order on our website once you have submitted it.    

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unopened/unused items. We provide a prepaid return label in every package we send for items to be returned within 30 days of original delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom Labels cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.  

Shipping times will vary from 2- 4 weeks for orders placed outside of the United States for standard shipping. Delays may occur when entering customs. We are not responsible for these delays. Refunds will not be issued for delays due to customs. 

If you're purchasing from outside the US, your item may be subject to Import Taxes and Custom Fees upon delivery. The buyer is fully responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. 

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
