This Wall-Mounted Retractable Belt Barrier is designed to visually and physically delineate Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Authorized Work Areas from general access areas within a defense manufacturing or production environment. It serves as a physical barrier for facilities handling technical data, controlled technical information (CTI), or Export Controlled parts, documents, or components.

The temporary or permanent retractable barrier helps:

Prevent unauthorized personnel or visitors with an escort from crossing into CUI zones.
Clearly communicate access restrictions using DoD-recognized markings.
